The whole experience is simple in the best way: classic food, big flavors, generous portions, and that busy, lively atmosphere you expect from a spot that locals actually love. The grilled food is the highlight. If you come here, order what they’re known for: the kebab/qebapa style plates. Everything comes out hot, well-seasoned, and satisfying, with that smoky grill taste that feels authentic and comforting. The bread and sides make the meal even better, and the fresh salads are a perfect balance to the rich grilled meat. What I really like is the “no nonsense” quality. It doesn’t feel like a tourist trap or a place trying to be trendy. It feels like a real family-style restaurant that’s proud of doing the traditional basics properly. Portions are generous, the flavors are bold, and you leave full and happy. Service is usually fast and efficient, but be prepared that it can get very busy, especially around peak meal times. “ Really large authentic local restaurant operating in a hygienic environment, with friendly staff and fresh hot dishes. FOOD: Various chicken, beef and vegetarian dishes. As a coeliac I have a very sensitive stomach and can gladly say I never once felt ill in the time eating here, everything always came out hot, fresh and carefully prepared. Their fresh bread was thoroughly enjoyed by friends too. STAFF: The gentlemen were lovely and helpful, Google translate may be required, however that's part of going to a local fave. They have menu's in English as well. INTERIOR: Clean and suprisingly very large. They have loads of outdoor seating, easily suiting huge groups and inside, several larger rooms and additional upstairs seating. In the time there I saw business women meeting up, Dad's catching up, elderly popping by and tourists eating here. ACCESSIBILITY: While those with prams, walkers, wheelchairs can sit outside, there are a couple of stairs into the restaurant and the bathrooms are down a steep longer set of stairs. OVERALL: Highly recommend and would always come back. ”
